CyberProfilers Mission and Values

Our mission is to create and maintain a financial intelligence community of trustworthy and useful listings and reviews to protect investors and further develop a sustainable cyberfinance environment. Central to achieving this are our values of integrity, trust, and transparency.

Our actions must always comply with applicable laws and regulations. However, over and above that, we expect the people who work for us, and those who use our community or do business with us, to make decisions that reflect strong ethics and fit with our values.

The Purpose of this Rule Book

This Rule Book reflects our commitment to conduct our business following the highest ethical standards.

The Rule Book is directed to CyberProfilers’ employees and registered members, and customers (the “CyberProfilers Community” or “Community”).

This Rule Book openly shares our values with our stakeholders and partners and provides a framework of fundamental principles to guide behavior and help everyone do the right thing.

Everyone covered by the Rule Book is expected to read, understand, and follow it, and non-compliance can have serious consequences. Send any questions to [email protected].

Act Ethically and Use Fair Judgment

We require our community members to promote and maintain ethical behavior in the community and when representing the community to the outside world. We expect our employees and community members to act fairly and responsibly, conduct their tasks honestly and with integrity, and treat others fairly.

Build and Preserve Trust

We’re committed to taking an objective stance in our judgments and any recommendations that we give; this includes our conduct in maintaining and safeguarding the CyberProfilers platform’s integrity.

We expect our community and anyone doing business with us to maintain a high standard of behavior that underscores and promotes trust in the CyberProfilers platform.

Maintain Confidentiality

We understand the importance of handling sensitive information with care. We require our community members to preserve the confidentiality of all non-public information about our business, our customers, and users of our community.

We’re committed to maintaining the highest degree of integrity in our relations with our community of CyberProfilers, businesses, and consumers, as well as our suppliers, vendors, and other third parties – both in terms of general commercial confidentiality and regarding the protection of all personal information received while providing our services.

We expect our community and anyone doing business with us to maintain a high level of integrity and protect and maintain the confidentiality of non-public information.

Comply with Anti-Bribery Responsibilities

Our community and anyone doing business with us must fully comply with all relevant anti-corruption laws of the countries we do business. This includes but is not restricted to the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the United Kingdom Bribery Act of 2010, which apply globally.

Avoid Conflicts of Interest

Anyone covered by this Rule Book should avoid conflicts of interest.

CyberProfilers employees should avoid additional or supplemental employment that could, in practice or appearance, create a conflict of interest. If any full-time CyberProfilers employees wish to engage in additional or supplemental employment, they must receive prior written consent from the Governance Team.

Maintain a Loyal Community

All members of our community and others covered by the Rule Book have a duty of loyalty to CyberProfilers, and an obligation to act in the best interests of CyberProfilers and its community.

Show Respect and Avoid Abusive Behavior

We believe in treating everyone with respect. We don’t tolerate aggressive behavior, coercive language, or abuse or threats from or against CyberProfilers employees. Unlawful conduct will be reported to the authorities.

Practice Equality and Avoid Discrimination and Harassment

We value diversity in our community.

Accordingly, we do not authorize and will not tolerate any form of harassment, discrimination, or discrimination, and harassment by or against CyberProfilers is prohibited in our community.

We also expect anyone doing business with us to encourage and facilitate practices that promote equality and avoid discrimination and harassment.

Reporting Violations of this Rule Book

Violations should be reported to CyberProfilers’ Governance Team: [email protected].

Reported violations by CyberProfilers of the Rule Book will be investigated confidentially, thoroughly, and fairly, and appropriate action is taken.

Violation, including posting fraudulent listings and reviews or reporting reviews, may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal or termination of membership and, if warranted, legal proceedings.

Amendments to this Rule Book

We review and update this Rule Book and our policies on an ongoing basis. We reserve the right to amend this Rule Book at any time, for any reason, subject to applicable law.
