The British citizen Andrew Peter MacDonald is connected to the two ICO scams Repux and JoyToken conducted in March and April 2018. He was the controlling shareholder and director of Repux Payment Limited and Joy Payment Limited, registered in the UK. His partner in these scam ventures was the British citizen Nathen Lockett.
