[vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]The American-Israeli Tamar “Tammi” Hamm is an attorney and the former partner of the convicted binary options fraudster Austin Smith. Hamm used to work for Wealth Recovery International (WRI), a funds recovery venture focused on binary options. The U.S. prosecutors uncovered that Smith actually used WRI to scam binary options victime that have beed defrauded by Smith himself when working as a manager in the Yukom scheme.

WRI closed its operation shortly after Austin Smith signed a plea agreement with the U.S. prosecutors. He was sentenced to a one-year prison term and some $500,000 restitution payment.

Hamm’s lawyer argued that Hamm left WRI after taking notice of irregularities in the company’s business practices. She would rather cooperate with the U.S. Department of Justice to track down clients’ funds.

Currently, Hamm works as a commercial lawyer with the Israel law firm Hirsch-Falk & Co.
